Svartsyn currently try to find studiotime in Mortsela studio to record a new track.Ornias have recruited a session drummer for the task. The track which is titled Rising beast is being recorded to test out the studio (and the recruited drummer) for the recording of the upcoming album. Recording date are yet to be set, but we are heading for the late summer/autum. The cover is being drawn by the highly acclaimed occult artist Patrick Larabee. The 7"ep will be released by Inferna profundos records during late spring.

Svartsyns first album The true legend will be re-issued through Agonia records.
With newly recorded guitars and vocals in Mortsela studio and a totally new sound
has been forged out of the old recording tapes. Remastered at Clintworks studios.
New layout Perversor and Cover by Chadwick St John. And for the first time on vinyl.
Releasedate set for 20th of march 2012 in Europe and the 10th of april 2012 in North america.

Svartsyn are currently re-recording vocals and guitars in Mortsela studio for the upcoming re-release of The True Legend album.
A total new sound is being made from the old recording tapes. A few lyrics have been re-written and will come with a new layout and a new cover drawn by Chadwick St John. Release date is not yet set but will be released by Agonia records during autum 2011.

Futhermore, a Svartsyn website is going to be launched very soon. Everything is ready just few minor details remains.

And just to mention 2 albums are under pre-production.

The first of the two albums will contain old material written during the Chalice era and
will mark as 2 decades of Svartsyn.

The second album the 8th in order, 70 % of the material have been written and the album title have already been set but will remain to the public TBA.
